Abstract:  This article reviews the applications of nanoparticles in organic coating, analyzes the influence of nanoparticles on properties of the organic coating, and points out that the nanoparticles can improve the mechanical property, corrosion resistance, thermal stability and wear resistance of the organic coating. In addition, this article describes the challenges in terms of R & D of nanocomposite coatings, and gives the development trends.

摘要: 综述了纳米粒子在有机涂层中的应用情况,分析了其对涂层性能的影响,发现纳米材料能提高有机涂层的力学性能、防腐性能、热稳定性能和耐磨性能,并从机理上说明了其对性能影响的原因。阐述了纳米涂料研究中存在的问题,展望了发展方向。
