Abstract: An integral dispersing-grinding equipment combines a dispersing process and a grinding process. It can be used as disperser or basket mill, which achieves the first dispersing and then grinding"process. Compared with conventional equipment, it is characterized by simplified process, easy-to-use, higher efficiency, convenient cleaning and color readjustment, less residue at container, cost-effective, safe and simple maintenance. This article discusses the structure of the equipment and its feasibility to achieve the integral dispersing and grinding pertormance in one machine.

摘要： 分散研磨一体机将分散与研磨 2 种功能集于一道工序中，它可以单作为分散机使用，也可以作为研磨机使用，实现先分散后研磨的功能。相比普通涂料的设备(分散机+研磨机)，分散研磨一体机具有工艺简化、操作简单、效率高、清洗换色方便、容器内残留少、经济实用、使用安全、维护方便等优点。 主要讨论了实现分散研磨一体功能在结构上的可行性。
