Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Undertone Waterborne Antistatic Coatings

水性浅色防静电涂料的制备及其性能评价

Abstract: The properties of four different undertone conductive fillers were compared. The undertone waterborne antistatic coatings was prepared by using hydroxyl acrylic dispersion as binder, titanium dioxide and conductive potassium titanate as pigments/ filler in addition to suitable additives such as wetting dispersants defoamers and thickeners. When the filler/ binder ratio was 1: 1 and the mass ratio of titanium dioxide and conductive potassium titanate was 0. 4, the prepared coating showed hemispheric emissivity 0.91, solar absorptance 0.50 and volume resistivity 7. 65×105 Ω·m, which indicated the good antistatic and thermal control effect. The test result showed that the coating had good resistance to liquid medium, wetting heat, salt fog and weather.

摘要: 比较了4种浅色导电填料的性能特点,采用羟基丙烯酸分散体为成膜物质,钛白粉和导电钛酸钾为颜填料,添加润湿分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂,制备了水性浅色防静电涂料。当颜基比为1∶1,钛白粉/导电钛酸钾质量比为0.4时,涂层半球发射率0.91,太阳吸收比0.50,体积电阻率7.65×105 Ω·m,具有良好的防静电及热控效果。环境防护实验表明,涂层拥有良好的耐液体介质、耐湿热、耐盐雾和耐老化性能。
