Abstract:
Acrylic resin and amino resin were used as matrix, super fine zinc powder, aluminium and rare earth powder ( e.g., lanthanum and praseodymium )were used as anticorrosive fillers to prepare the zinc/aluminium-rich anticorrosive coatings The corrosion current and the corrosion potential of the coatings and the microstructure of the coating surface after 3 000 h neutral salt fog test were studied by the electrochemistry polarization curves and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the lanthanum, praseodymium could replace part of zinc powder in zinc/aluminium-n coatings and allowed the coatings to show an improved anticorrosive performance Specifically, the coatings comprising lanthanum 0.3% and praseodymium 0. 45% showed the optimal anticorrosive performance.

摘要: 富锌铝防腐涂料通过电化学方式对钢材进行防护,为了提高富锌铝涂料的防腐效果,采用混合树脂为基体,通过在富锌涂料中添加稀土(镧和镨)粉末,制备了含稀土的富锌铝涂料。 采用中性盐雾试验测试涂料的防腐效果,电化学极化曲线测试涂层的腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位,扫描电镜(SEM)分析腐蚀后涂层表面的微观形貌,用以研究稀土粉末对富锌铝涂料防腐性能的提高效果。 研究表明:在富锌铝涂料中添加适量镧和镨可以代替部分锌粉起到很好的防腐效果,其中镧和镨的掺量分别在0.45%和 0.3%时防腐性能最佳。
