Study of Organic Coating System on Surface of MAO-Electrodeposition Composite Coating of Magnesium Alloy

镁合金微弧-电泳复合膜层表面有机涂层系统研究

Abstract: A MAO-electrodeposition composite coating is investigated. The experimental results show that the electrodeposition coating needed no grinding process and might be destroyed when it is thin relatively, in addition, both 1#epoxy aircraft primer and TS70-1 polyurethane mat enamel coating give excellent adhesive to the surface of the said coating, therefore a sprayed primer is optional. Four types of organic coating systems are sprayed on the said surface for further experiment. The results show that four types of organic coating systems exhibit excellent ad-sive to the said surface, furthermore no corrosion occurs as observed by salt spray test,indicating that the organic coating system can protect effectively the magnesium alloy.

摘要: 研究了微弧-电泳复合膜层表面有机涂层系统,试验表明:电泳涂层较薄时易被破坏,无需打磨;1#环氧酯航空底漆、TS70-1 聚氨酯无光磁漆均与电泳涂层结合力优良,复合膜层表面喷或者不喷底漆均可。 在复合膜层表面喷涂了 4 种有机涂层系统,4 种有机涂层系统与复合膜层间结合力优良;试验件经盐雾试验均未出现腐蚀现象,有机涂层对镁合金具有良好的防护作用。
