Abstract: 
										The application of zinc stearate in solvent-based wood coatings was investigated in terms of its effects on defoaming, dispersion, transparency and grinding performance.The best quality specification of zinc stearate made by dry process were: moisture content 0. 5%,zinc content 10. 8%, free fatty acid content 1. 0% and particle size 40 μm, which could provide good performance in solvent-based wood coatings, as well as was easily manufactured and applied.

																								摘要: 通过测试添加硬脂酸锌后涂料的消泡性、分散性、透明性、打磨性等性能,考察了硬脂酸 锌在溶剂型木器涂料中的应用效果,确定采用干法工艺生产的硬脂酸锌的最佳质量指标为:水分含量 0.5%,锌含量 10.8%,游离脂肪酸含量 1.0%,粒径 40 μm,此时,硬脂酸锌在溶剂型木器涂料中的使用 效果较好,且生产工艺简单、操作方便。
