户外高流平粉末涂料用半结晶聚酯树脂的合成研究

Abstract: The rheological properties of semi-crystalline polyester resin under conditions of different monomers, various monomer ratio and synthesis processes were studied. The crystallinities and melting points of the semi-crystal polyester resins were characterized by use of XRD and DSC. Finally, the effect of each factor on the crystallinities of polyester resin and the powder coating's properties were discussed.

摘要: 研究了在不同单体、配比和工艺条件下合成的粉末涂料用半结晶聚酯树脂的流变性能; 通过 XRD、DSC 表征半结晶聚酯树脂的结晶度及熔点,并讨论了各因素对聚酯树脂结晶性能的影响, 同时考察了以其制备的粉末涂层的性能。
