Abstract: There have been successive discoloration of maintenance topcoating on a ship main deck and superstructure. The color developed darker and black, which seriously affected the appearance quality. This paper analyzed the reasons for paint discoloration defect through on-site inspection, comparison by samples, applicaton conditions, relative humidity, product properties,etc, and provided reasonable resolution for repairing and improvements.

摘要： 某轮船甲板及上层建筑面漆保养几次都有变色现象，颜色变深发黑，严重影响外观。 文章以实地勘验、小样对比、施工条件、环境湿度、材料特性等方式分析了涂料变色的原因，并提出修复和改进措施。
