Abstract: 
										Anti-slip coatings cost high and only can be used on special ships. Therefore it is not a good choice in small cargo shipyard. Anti-slip sand layer is one of the most affordable and the best economic selection in more and more vessels with good performance. Ariti-slip sand layer paint was prepared with the most commonly used paints for decks and high hardness sand as raw material with the advantages of low cost and easy application. This article described the selection of the types of sand and the anti-slip layer performance. The coefficient of friction was tested by Friction coefficient tester TORTUS3(TORTUS). It showed that the larger the sand particles was,the greater the frction coefficient, but more difficult for cleaning. In a specified area, the more sand, the higher the friction coefficient, but more difficult to clean. The most reasonableoption was to use sand with 60~70 mesh, and 3-4 particles per square centimeter.

																								摘要: 中小型造船企业建造货船时,其甲板防滑通常不选择成本较高的防滑涂料,而采用经济实惠、性能较好的甲板防滑层作为防滑措施之一。 本研究制备的甲板防滑层以当前甲板所用的涂料和高硬度的砂子为原料,材料成本低、易施工。研究了甲板防滑层的性能,通过滑动摩擦系数测试仪TORTUS3( TORTUS) 测试摩擦系数,结果表明:砂子颗粒越大,摩擦系数越大,越难清洁;在一定面积范围内,砂子数量越多,摩擦系数越大,清洁难度增大。 砂子最合理的使用配比为:粒径60~70目,数量3 ~ 4 颗/ cm2 。
