Abstract:
The title fluorinated polyacrylic resin was prepared by solution polymerization with dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate ester(C04), butyl acrylate(BA), methyl methacrylate(MMA), chloromethyl styrene(CMS) and 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA)(at a mass ratio of 1.4: 2. 5: 4: 3.5: 3) and continuous and intermittent feeding methods respectively at benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator. A coating was formulated with this resin. And the hydrophobicity, hardness and other properties of the coating film were investigated. The influence of synthesis method, baking procedure, the diluent and nanoparticles on the film properties were discussed. The experiment results indicated that the resin prepared by intermittent feeding method was preferably hydrophobic. The best curing procedure of the resin was 150 ℃/15min. The contact angle of coating surface could be up to 119° when nano-TiO2 and the mixed solvent containing high boiling solvent were used.

摘要: 以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、对氯甲基苯乙烯(CMS)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)[m(G04)∶m(BA)∶m(MMA)∶m(CMS)∶m(HPA)=1.4∶2.5∶4∶3.5∶3]进行溶液聚合,分别用连续和间断滴加法制得了自交联含氟丙烯酸酯树脂。测试了涂膜的疏水性、硬度等性能;探讨了合成方法、烘烤工艺、稀释剂、纳米颗粒对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:采用间断滴加法制得的树脂疏水性较好;该树脂的最佳成膜温度是150℃,成膜时间为15 min;加入纳米TiO2后,使用含有高沸点溶剂的混合稀释剂,涂膜的表面接触角可达119°。
