Abstract:
This article, through an analysis and comparison tests of the film peeling-off coating quality problem during application of the coating, has developed a spraying process that was compatible with the production equipment and technology characteristics. The mounting way of parts for spraying paint, spraying, paint formula, drying and so on were preliminarily investigated, resulting in a set of feasible control scheme. And the influence of the environment temperature film thickness and wash time on the the water-based paint spray quality was discussed. The results showed that the water-based paint spraying quality was a result of the combined action of many factors, which could only meet the technical requirements when the production technology was adjusted based on the various production environment.

摘要: 通过对公司使用水性涂料的过程中出现的涂层脱落等典型质量问题进行分析研究和试验对比,探索出一种适合公司生产装备工艺特点的喷涂流程。对水性涂料喷涂时的挂装方式、预处理、喷涂方式、涂料配比、涂膜烘干等各生产环节也进行了探索研究,整理出一套切实可行的控制方案,同时针对影响水性涂料喷涂质量的环境温度、空气湿度、烘干温度、涂膜厚度及清洗时间等因素进行综合试验,结果表明:水性涂料喷涂质量是诸多因素综合作用的结果,只有根据不同生产环境适时对生产工艺作出针对性调整,才能使喷涂质量达到产品技术要求。
