纳米碳材料对水性涂料的改性研究现状

Abstract: This paper introduces the current advantages and future directions of water-based coatings,the preparation process of water-based coatings of nano-carbon materials,the dispersion method of nano-carbon materials and the status quo of its application in the coatingindustry,and summarizes the research results on the modification of water-based coatings bynano-carbon materials in recent years,including graphene modified coatings,carbon nanotubes modified coatings,carbon black modified coatings and nano-carbon modified coatings,as well as the preparation methods thereof. The problems existing in the applicationof nano carbon materials in waterborne coatings are analyzed and discussed. Finally,the development direction of nano carbon materials in waterborne coatings is prospected.

摘要: 本文介绍了水性涂料目前的优势及未来的方向,纳米碳材料水性涂料的制备工艺、纳米碳材料的分散方法以及应用于涂料行业的现状,总结了近几年纳米碳材料对水性涂料改性的研究成果,包含石墨烯改性涂料、碳纳米管改性涂料、纳米炭黑改性涂料和纳米碳化物改性涂料等以及其制备方法。分析和探讨了纳米碳材料应用于水性涂料所存在的问题,最后展望了纳米碳材料在水性涂料领域中的发展方向。
