聚苯硫醚掺杂改性玻璃鳞片防腐涂层耐腐蚀性研究

Abstract: Modified glass flake and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)was used as functional fillers in the anticorrosion coating system. The corrosion protective behavior and mechanis were investigated and characterized by use of electrochemical test, FT-IR, scanning electron(SEM), and water absorbability test. The results showed that the coating added microscope with modified glass flake and PPS exhibited better resistance to corrosion and permeation and labyrinth effect, improving the performance of corrosion protection and permeation restance.

摘要: 以改性玻璃鳞片及聚苯硫醚(PPS)作为功能填料,添加到防腐涂层中,研究防腐涂层在酸腐蚀液中的防腐蚀行为,通过红外测试、吸水性试验、扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学测试等方法对防腐涂层性能进行分析表征,考察防腐涂层的防腐蚀行为,对其防腐机理进行研究。结果表明:添加了经改性的玻璃鳞片和 PPS粉末作为功能填料的防腐蚀涂层,由于材料自身良好的耐腐蚀性、低吸水率以及涂层内部的迷宫效应,使得涂层的抗渗透性以及耐腐蚀性都有较大程度的改善。
