Abstract:
A modified epoxy resin coating for galvanized substrates was prepared by using a combination of chlorinated polyether resin and epoxy resin and proper curing agent. The influence of mix ratio of different epoxy resins and chlorinted ether resin on the properties of modified epoxy coating, and the film properties on the galvanized substrates such as flexibility, layer compatibility and adhesion were discussed. It was found that the flexibility, layer compatibity and adhesion on galvanized substrat was improved by use of modified epoxy coating, compared to the conventional epoxy coating, which could meet the protective requirement for galvanized substrate.

摘要: 采用环氧树脂与氯醚树脂物理复配的方法,选用合适的环氧固化剂,制得一种可用于镀锌基材的改性环氧涂料。研究了不同型号的环氧树脂与氯醚树脂物理复配比例对改性环氧涂料性能的影响,以及改性环氧涂料涂膜在镀锌基材上的柔韧性、层间配套性、附着力等性能。制得的改性环氧涂料涂膜在镀锌基材表面的柔韧性、层间配套性、附着力等性能较常规环氧涂料有明显提高,能够满足镀锌基材的防护要求。
