高铁车辆阻尼用聚氨酯 -聚丙烯酸酯互穿聚合物网络的合成及应用研究

Abstract: The title polyurethane-polyacrylate emulsion with interpenetrating polymer network(IPN )structure was prepared by emulsion polymerization method. By means of DSC and rheometer, the microphase separation and damping properties were studied, and the prepared polymer was used in high-speed rail vehicle damping coatings, providing high damping performance in a wide range of temperature and meeting the practical needs of high-speed rail venicle.

摘要: 利用互穿聚合物网络(IPN)结构,采用乳液聚合工艺,合成出聚氨酯 -聚丙烯酸酯乳液。用 DSC和流变仪等分析手段,对微相分离和阻尼性能情况进行了研究,并将合成获得的乳液聚合物应用于高铁车辆阻尼涂料中,该涂料具有宽温域高阻尼性能,可满足高铁车厢的实际需要。
