Preparation of High Chlorinate EVA by Gas-solid Phase Process and Modification by Chlorinated In-situ Grafting Copolymerization

气 -固相法制备高氯化 EVA及其氯化原位接枝改性研究

Abstract: This paper introduce the properties of high chlorinate EVA coating film, which was prepared by gas-solid phase process. The properties of chlorinated EVA grafting methyl methacrylate copolymer(HCEVA-cg-MMA)and chlorinated EVA grafting styrene(HCEVA-cg-St), which were prepared by in situ chlorinating graft copolymerization(ISCGC)were discussed The properties of HCEVA, HCEVA-cg-MMA and HCEVA-cg-St coating films were excellent. The adhesion and flexibility reached grade 1 and impact strength 50 cm. And the viscosity of coating was decreased due to increasing of solubility of the graft copolymer in conventional organic solvents.

摘要: 讨论了以气 -固相法制备的高氯化EVA(HCEVA)作为涂料中的成膜物,研究了其涂膜的基本性能,并采用氯化原位接枝在 EVA主链上分别接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)进行改性,得到共聚物 HCEVA-cg-MMA及 HCEVA-cg-St。性能测试结果表明,其涂膜性能均能达到优良的标准,附着力均能达到 1级,耐冲击性 50cm,柔韧性为 1mm,同时接枝产物在普通有机溶剂中的黏度降低,表明其溶解性增加。
