疏水支链水性聚氨酯的制备及性能研究

Abstract: The diol with different branches was synthesized by the reaction of octadecyl isocyanate with 2-amino-2 -methyl -1, 3-propanediol, which was used to prepare the polyurethane emulsion with comb-branched chains(CPDS) with PAN, DMPA and IPDI。The effects of branched diol dosage on emulsion particle size, water resistance and mechanical properties were discussed, focusing on the effect of the structure of branch chain on adhesion on different substrates.

摘要: 以 2-氨基 -2-甲基 -1,3-丙二醇与十八烷基异氰酸酯反应制备带支链的二元醇,再以支链二元醇、聚(己二酸 -新戊二醇酯)二醇、二羟甲基丙酸与 IPDI反应合成了具有疏水功能的支链水性聚氨酯。研究了支链二元醇用量等工艺参数对水性乳液粒径、耐水性、力学性能的影响,着重探讨了支链结构对不同基材粘接性能的影响。
