显示器件用导热聚酯涂料的研究

Abstract: An insulative unsaturated-polyester varnish with excellent thermal conductivity and adhesion properties was prepared by use of alumina and silica as a mixed conductive filler.The property of adhesion, thermal conductivity and curing properties of the coating film was investigated. The result showed that the fillers could reinforce thermal conductivity of the coating, but reduce the adhesion and insulation performance of the coating with no influence on curing process. The optimal dosage of mixed filler up to 40% and the ratio of two filler was1: 1. the coating showed an excellent thermal conductivity at 2.2 W/(m·K) with a better adhesion of grade 2.

摘要: 以氧化铝颗粒和二氧化硅颗粒作为混合导热填料,制备了具有良好导热性、附着力的绝缘聚酯清漆。研究了涂料的附着力、导热性以及固化性能等。结果表明:2种填料对清漆固化反应没有影响,填料在增强涂层导热性的同时降低了涂层的附着力和绝缘性能。综合考虑总填料添加量为40%,且 2种填料质量比为 1∶1时,涂层保持附着力 2级,同时导热系数达到 2.2W/(m·K),为本实验最优配方。
