Abstract:
Four kinds of Cu-Cu2O coatings, which contained Cu2O 0, 10%, 20% and 30% respectively, were prepared by cold spray technology. Inhibitory effect of the coatings on marine diatoms was investigated. Experiment results showed that all the four kinds of coating had inhibitory effect on Navicula rows, Navicula parva and Navicula pinna. The inhibition rate increased and the time of reaching 100% inhibition rate decreased with the increase of Cu20 component. The coating consisting of 30% Cu2O-70% Cu coating showed the best inhibitory effect. Sensitivities of the three diatoms to the coating were different. Navicula pinna was the most sensitive one, followed by Navicula parva, and Navicula was the smallest. All the coating inhibited the three diatoms persistently and steadily. For example, even after being immersed in seawater for 45 days, the 30% Cu2O-70% Cu coating could still show 90%o inhibition to the Navicula pinna, and 85% to Navicula and Navicula within 36 hours.

摘要: 通过冷喷涂技术制备了 Cu2O质量分数分别为 0、10%、20%和 30%的 4种 Cu-Cu2O涂层,考察了涂层对成排舟形藻、小舟形藻、羽状舟形藻附着的抑制作用。实验表明:4种不同 Cu2O含量的 Cu-Cu2O防污涂层对成排舟形藻、小舟形藻、羽状舟形藻的附着均产生了抑制作用。随着涂层中 Cu2O含量的增加,抑制率增大,达到 100%抑制率的时间缩短。30%Cu2O-70%Cu涂层的抑制效果最好。Cu-Cu2O防污涂层对 3种底栖硅藻附着的抑制作用具有差异性,对羽状舟形藻的抑制作用最明显,其次是小舟形藻,最后是成排舟形藻。4种不同 Cu2O含量的 Cu-Cu2O防污涂层对各底栖硅藻附着的抑制作用均具有持久性和稳定性。30%Cu2O-70%Cu涂层在海水中浸泡 45d后,仍能在36h之内对羽状舟形藻产生 90%以上的抑制率,对小舟形藻和成排舟形藻产生 85%以上的抑制率。
