Abstract:
In order to resolve the problem cause by toxicity of raw material(e. g. isocyanate) and its sensitive to moisture, which led to inconvenience of production and transportant of solvent-free epoxy/polyurethane coatings, a new type of 2K heavy-duty coating was prepared with epoxy -cyclic carbonate ester as component A, which was prepared by epoxy resin and carbon dioxide, and polyetheramine and end thioglycolic acid diglycol ester as component B and mived with pigmants fillers and additives. The results indicated that the performance such as corrosion resitance, physical and mechanical properties of the coating complied with the national standard. The performance and corresponding influence factors and the formulation design of the heavy-duty coating were discussed.

摘要: 为了解决目前无溶剂环氧聚氨酯涂料生产中由原材料异氰酸酯有毒,以及对湿度敏感等问题给生产与运输带来的不便,本研究以环氧树脂与二氧化碳反应制得的环氧 -环碳酸酯为甲组分,以端氨基聚醚和端巯基乙酸一缩二乙二醇酯为乙组分,配以适当的颜填料和助剂,制备了一种新型双组分重防腐涂料。对所制得的防腐涂料性能、影响因素以及配方设计进行讨论,得出了最佳配方。性能测试结果表明涂层防腐性能及物理机械性能均达到重防腐涂料的行业标准。
