Abstract:
Apropnetary epoxy primer for polyurea was prepared with castor oil, silane coupling agent, etc. In the film-forming process, castor oil's hydroxyl was bonded on substratevia hydrogen bond, which also reacted with the residual isocyanate group (-NCO) in polyurea layer, forming a bridge, reducing the internal stress of the paint film and improving the film flexibility, impact resistance, bonding strength and peel resistance.

摘要: 采用蓖麻油、硅烷偶联剂等制备了聚脲专用环氧树脂底漆。在底漆的成膜过程中,蓖麻油能与基材形成氢键,同时与聚脲层中残留的异氰酸根(—NCO)反应,起到桥接作用,降低了漆膜的内应力,改善了漆膜柔韧性、耐冲击性,提高了粘结强度及耐剥离性能。
