Abstract:
Several low temperature curing paints were formulated by adding different amounts of 1, 4-butanediol, organotin accelerator and polyaspartic to acrylic polyurethane finish paint respectively, and their low temperature curing performance were investigated It was found that at 5 ℃, all three materials could shorten the paints' gel time, whose value would be decreased by increasing their amount.Pencil hardness value of the finish film after 240 h low temperature regulation only raised from 7B to 4B~3B by using 1,4-butanediol or organotin accelerator, but easily to H by adding 20% polyaspartic of all resin(7. 28% of all formula). Verified by DSC analysis, polyaspartic modified product showed a maximum curing degree at low temperature, and was the best choice.

摘要: 分别往丙烯酸聚氨酯漆中添加不同量的 1,4-丁二醇、有机锡促进剂及聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂制备出不同配方的低温固化防腐面漆,研究了它们的低温固化性能。结果表明:在 5°C的低温下,3种物质的加入都能缩短凝胶时间,且随其用量增加凝胶时间缩短;1,4-丁二醇和有机锡对漆膜固化 240h后的铅笔硬度仅能从 7B提升至 4B~3B,而占树脂量 20%(配方量 7.28%)的聚天门冬氨酸酯可提升漆膜硬度至H;通过 DSC分析验证,聚天门冬氨酸酯改进的面漆低温固化程度最高,是最理想的方案。
