Abstract:
The main international laws on the transportation hazard inspection criterias of liquid coatings were briefly introduced in this paper. Inspection methods and identification criterias of flammalbe and corrosive coatings were discussed and summarized in detail, to facilitate the understanding of the inspection process and requirements of coating transportation hazard by goverment regulator, testing institutions, coating manufacturer and transport companies, which can ensure the safety of coating transportation and contribute to the healthy development of the coatings industry.

摘要： 介绍了国际上关于液态涂料运输危险性检验的主要依据,对涂料的易燃性和腐蚀性检验方法和判定标准进行了系统的探讨,便于政府监管部门、检测机构、涂料企业以及运输公司系统了解液体涂料运输危险性的检验流程和要求,确保涂料的安全运输,促进涂料行业的健康发展。
