Abstract: In this paper, Fire-proofing coating system technalogy used for CRH 380 E-MUs has been introduced. Taking the AKzo fire-proofing coating and Sika fire-proofing coating as examples, the characteristic of raw materials, manufacturing technology, fire-prooting performance and economic costs were analyzed. Fire - proofing system for CRH 380 EMU was optimized. The feasibility of replacement of fire -resistant blankets by fire-proofing coating in manufacturing process of EMU was discussed.

摘要: 介绍了CRH 380动车组车体防火结构体系及其施工工艺,在防火性能达标的前提下,寻求施工简便、成本更低的防火涂料,并以AKZO防火涂料和Sika防火涂料为例,分析了原材料特点、施工工艺、防火性能以及经济成本,对CRH 380动车组防火体系进行优化研究,探讨了动车组制造过程中防火涂料替代防火毛毡的可行性。 介绍了CRH 380动车组车体防火结构体系及其施工工艺,在防火性能达标的前提下,寻求施工简便、成本更低的防火涂料,并以AKZO防火涂料和Sika防火涂料为例,分析了原材料特点、施工工艺、防火性能以及经济成本,对CRH 380动车组防火体系进行优化研究,探讨了动车组制造过程中防火涂料替代防火毛毡的可行性。
