Abstract:
A waterborne polyurethane-ac ( WPUA) oligomer was prepared by use or isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polyether polyol(NJ-220), dimethylolbutanoic acid (DM- BA as comonomers, and hydroxyethyl methyl acrylate (HEMA) as end-capping reagent viain-situ polymerization process. Then the ultraviolet(UV) curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylate (UV-WPUA) coating was obtained from WPUA, butyl acrylate (BA) and multi-functional acrylates (TPGDA) as reactive diluents, and Darocur 1173 as photoinitiator, which could be used as protection and sealing materials of bricks and tile relics. The properties of WPUA emulsion such as particle size, storage stability and surface tension were investigated The structure of the WPU oligomer and Uv-curable membrane were characterized by FT-IR. Some mechanical properties of Uv-WPUA films, thermal properties, solvent resistance and contact angles of UV-WPUA coating films were measured. The results indicated that the WPUA has good storage stability, lower surface tension, small particle size and good properties. The film of Uv-WPUA has good mechanical properties, thermal stability and solvent resistance, and could provide better protection and sealing effect on brick and tile relics.

摘要: 采用原位聚合法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(NJ-220)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为主要聚合单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为封端剂,制备水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)预聚体。将预聚体、光引发剂1173、活性稀释剂丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)共混制备紫外光(UV)固化乳液,用作砖瓦质文物的封护材料。考察了WPUA预聚体乳液的粒径、贮存稳定性、表面张力等性能,表征了预聚体和UV固化膜的结构,研究了UV固化膜的力学性能、热性能、耐溶剂性能及接触角。结果表明:UV固化涂料有着较好的性能,对砖瓦文物的封护和颜料保护具有良好的效果。
