Synthesis and Properties of GMA Modified UV-Curable Waterborne Polyurethane

GMA改性光固化水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

Abstract: Glycidyl methacrylate(GMA ) modified UV-curable waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by using polybutyleneglycol adipate(PBA2000), toluene diisocyanate(TDI), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA), glycidyl methacrylate(GMA ) as the main materials. A stable Uv-curable waterborne polyurethane emulsion was formed after the neutralization with triethylamine. Effect of the content of GMA, DMPA, NCO/OH ratio and the photoinitiator on performance of WPU emulsion and the films were discussed.

摘要: 以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为主要原料进行聚合,经三乙胺(TEA)中和,以去离子水乳化后,制得一种稳定的可紫外光固化的新型水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了GMA接枝温度和接枝前后的AFM相图,讨论了DMPA用量、总体NCO/OH比值、GMA用量、光引发剂用量对乳液及漆膜性能的影响。
