丙烯酸改性双重交联水性聚氨酯乳液的合成研究

Abstract: An ambient crosslinkable polyurethane-acrylate hybrid emulsion(PUA) was obtained by using MMA, HEA and DAAM as functional monomers and ADH and PU as curing agents through a seed emulsion polymerization, The results showed that the hardness, water resistance and solvent resistance of the film were improved significantly due to the use of DAAM functional monomer and double crosslinking reaction, and the crosslinking density of the film could be up to over 90%.

摘要: 采用种子乳液聚合法,以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为功能单体,以己二酸二酰肼(ADH)和含多异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯为固化剂,制备了酮肼、异氰酸酯基双重自交联型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究发现,复合乳液成膜后的交联度可达90%以上,且硬度、耐水、耐丙酮性等性能得到显著提高,具有良好应用性能。
