含二氧化钛的有机硅耐磨透明涂料的制备及性能研究

Abstract: The title silicone wear resistant coatings was been developed by co-hydrolysis of silane coupling agent (3-glycidyloxypropy1 )trimethoxysilane(KH-560)and titanium butoxide [Ti(OBU)4] through sol-gel method. The optical and mechanical properties of the hybrid coatings were characterized by various techniques. It has shown that the coatings films have high transparency of above 90% in the range of visible light, and pencil hardness 6H both before and after aging, and good thermal stability and adhesion.

摘要: 采用溶胶 -凝胶法,将钛酸酯、正硅酸乙酯和硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)进行共水解,经涂覆、固化,制备了含二氧化钛的耐磨透明膜层材料,通过各种方法对该涂料和膜层的光学和机械性能进行了分析表征。结果表明:所得复合耐磨透明膜层材料在可见光范围内的透过率均在 90%以上,具有较好的耐热性,并且膜层与基材的附着性好,铅笔硬度达到 6H。
