Photosensitive Mechanism of Composite Sols and Preparation of Dot Matrix Anticorrosive Coating

复合溶胶感光机理及点阵防腐涂层制备

Abstract: In order to improve the corrosion resistance of 20 steel plate,based on the principle of photosensitive micromachining,a hydrophobic TiO2-SiO2 dot matrix coating filmwas prepared on the surface of 20 steel plate by the sol-gel method. The photosensitive mechanism of TiO2-SiO2 composite sol was emphatically studied,and the corrosion resistance of 20 steel plates protected by TiO2 dot matrix coating,TiO2-SiO2 dot matrix coating and flat bottom layer/TiO2-SiO2 dot matrix coating was compared. The results showed that the TiO2-SiO2 sol indicated excellent photosensitivity to the ultraviolet light with the photosensitivewavelength of 330-380 nm,and the solubility of sensitized Ti4+metal chelates in organic solvents decreased sharply. Based on this principle,using the photosensitive sol-gel technology could obtain the TiO2-SiO2 lattice gel pattern with complete structure. The latticepattern made the material change from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity,and the corrosion resistance was greatly improved,Among them,the flat bottom layer/TiO2-SiO2 lattice coatingfilm showed no corrosion marks on the surface after salt spray test,and this coating indicated strong protective ability for 20 steel plates.

摘要: 为提升 20钢的耐腐蚀性,基于感光微细加工原理,采用溶胶凝胶法在 20钢表面制备了具有疏水性的 TiO2-SiO2点阵涂层,重点研究了 TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶的感光机理,并对比了受 TiO2点阵涂层、 TiO2-SiO2点阵涂层和平铺底层 /TiO2-SiO2点阵涂层保护的 20钢的耐腐蚀性。结果表明: TiO2-SiO2溶胶对 330~380 nm紫外光具有优秀的感光能力,感光后的 Ti4+金属鳌合物在有机溶剂中的溶解度急剧降低,因此,采用感光溶胶凝胶技术可以获得结构完整的 TiO2-SiO2点阵涂层,使材料由亲水性向疏水性转变,并且耐腐蚀性大幅度提升,其中平铺底层 /TiO2-SiO2点阵涂层经盐雾试验后表面没有任何腐蚀痕迹,对 20钢板有很强的保护能力。
