新型水性环氧乳化剂的制备及应用

Abstract: The title of polymeric nonionic emulsifiers were prepared by trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether(TMPGE, polyethylene glycol(PEG) 4 000 and epoxy resin E-20 at the molar ratio of 1: 3: 4.5, at 80~85 ℃, which was then used to prepare the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion. Study showed that the new type emulsion, prepared with the nonionic emulsifier by phase inversion process at the dosage of 10% and 60 ℃, could improve the shortcomings of bad levelling poor buildiness and low gloss.

摘要: 采用三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚、聚乙二醇 40和环氧树脂 E-20以物质的量比为 1∶3∶4.5,在 80~ 85 ℃范围内合成系列新型高分子非离子型乳化剂,并制备出相应的水性环氧乳液。研究表明:此新型非离子乳化剂,在 60 ℃下,用量在10%时,采用相反转法制备环氧乳液,能够改善水性涂料涂膜过程中涂膜流平性差、丰满度不好及光泽低等缺点。
