Dodecafluoroheptyl Methacrylate Modified Aqueous Polyurethane

Abstract: A series of aqueous polyurethane containing fluoromonomer(wpu-f)were synthesized from PBA), isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), dimethylolpropionic acid( DMPA), dodecafluoroheptyl methacry late(MBFA-12), etc. The influence of the content of MBFA-12 on the properties of WPU-F were discussed. The results showed that the tens\ rength, adhesion and thermodynamic properties of WPU-F in 3,wacreased when the amount of MBFA-12 increased. Additionally, due to the intensive side-chain CF tercontact angle increased from 70. 7(0)to 107.6(0) and the water absorption of WPU-F film decreased from 61. 3% to less than 15%o and when the amount of MBFA-12 increased. which improved the water resistance of modified WPU-F significantly.

摘要: 采用聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(MBFA-12)等原料合成了含氟水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU-F),考察了 MBFA-12的用量对 WPU-F乳液的粒径与黏度,WPU-F胶膜的吸水率、接触角、附着力、硬度、拉伸强度、热力学性能等的影响。结果表明:用 MBFA-12改性水性聚氨酯,在提高水性聚氨酯胶膜的拉伸强度、附着力、热力学性能的同时,由于侧链上密集的—CF3作用,接触角从70.7(°)增加到 107.6(°),胶膜吸水率从 61.3%降到 15%以下,大大提高了聚氨酯的耐水性。
