Abstract:
This paper has provided an effective method to modify the inorganic coatings on aluminum loys.First, A waterborne inorganic coating was applied on the treated aluminum alloys, and then a KH 550 modified sol was air sprayed for modification. Afler baking, an organically modified inorganic coatings was formed. Through studying on the effects of KH-550 sol on inorganic coatings and the principle provided method, it was showed that the physicochemical properties of the coatings, such as adhesionim pact resistance and water resistance, etc. can be improved significantl so was =20%. In addition, adding nano materials or superfine power in KH-550 modified sol, a multi functional densed coatings can be obtained. Finally, through analysis of thethe results, the method to modi-fy the inorganic coatings via the second coating was feasible and effective to prepare organically modifed in organic coatings.

摘要: 首先提出一种相对简单的方法对无机涂层材料进行改性,即在处理的铝合金表面制备水性无机涂层,然后在无机涂层表面二次喷涂 KH-550改性溶胶,对其进行改性,再经烘烤制备了有机改性无机涂层。对二次喷涂 KH-550改性溶胶的一些因素对涂层表面性能影响的研究表明 KH-550用量≥20%,能明显提高无机涂层的附着力、耐冲击性、耐水性等理化性能。对二次喷涂后涂层的微观形貌和接触角测试结果表明,在 KH-550改性溶胶中引入无机纳米或超细粉体,获得了致密、平整的多功能涂层。最后通过对所提出方法的原理探讨及实验结果的分析,确定二次喷涂 KH-550溶胶改性无机涂层材料,制备有机改性无机涂层的方法可行。
