Abstract:
Glass bead can enhance the thermal insulation, A finite element simulation for the heat trans- fer process in this system was simplified with an ABAQUS software. The results showed that the particle size and filed quantity afected the heat insulation. The efect was validated by experiment. The efective thermal conductivity declined with the filed quantity increase of the glass bead.

摘要: 玻璃微珠有增强隔热的作用,通过 ABAQUS有限元模拟简化分析模型,分析了玻璃微珠的粒径大小和填 充量对隔热涂料隔热性能的影响,并结合实验验证了隔热效果、导热系数随玻璃微珠填充量增加而下降。
