Preparation of Thin Thermal Insulation Coatings and Its Performance

Abstract: A thermal insulation coatings has been developed based on styrene-acrylic emulsion as bind-er. which showed various thermal insulation mechanism. Pigments and fillers were selected orthogonal exper-iment. The influence of the ratio of pigments and fillers on thermal conductivity were discussed. Performance such as thermal conductivity, bond strength, adhesion, and acid/alkaline resistance were tested. Addition- ally, the bond strength of thermal insulation coatings before and after heat treatment were compared.

摘要: 以苯丙乳液为基料,用正交实验法对颜填料进行了优化,制备出一种由多种隔热机理同时起作用的复合 型隔热涂料,探讨了颜填料的配比对隔热涂料导热系数的影响关系,测试了产品的导热系数、粘结强度、附着力、耐酸 碱性等性能,并比较了经高温处理前后涂料粘结强度的变化。
