Abstract:
The polysiloxane- polyacrylate emulsion coatings is prepared by the process of seed emulsion polymerization. It can be used as an efflo rescenceproof material to protect the stone sculpture a long hills.The influences of monomerratios, in itiator content and emulsifier content on the properties of emulsion coa-tings are discussed by orthogona l experimental design. The optimum experimenta lconditions are given. The stucture of emulsion coatings is characterized by use of FT- IR, TEM and DSC.

摘要: 通过种子乳液聚合制备了有机硅 - 丙烯酸酯乳液涂料, 用于石刻文物的防风化。采用正交设计试验探讨了单体配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂对乳液性能的影响, 确定了最佳反应条件。并用 FT - IR、TEM、DSC 对产物结构进行了表征。
