摘要: 为提高醇酸树脂清漆耐腐蚀性,添加水热法制备的钴基金属有机框架化合物( Co-MOF)作为缓蚀剂。利用 X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对 Co-MOF进行表征,借助极化曲线、交流阻抗技术、盐雾腐蚀试验等,研究 Co-MOF的添加量对涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明:当 Co-MOF的添加量为 0. 15%时,涂层的耐腐蚀性提升效果最佳,涂层的腐蚀电流密度由 21. 02 μA/cm2降低至 1. 83 μA/cm2,盐雾试验与电化学测试结果一致,硬度提升至 4H。说明 Co-MOF的添加可以显著提高涂层的防腐性,且最佳添加量为 0. 15%。
