可逆加成 -断裂链转移聚合制备 水性丙烯酸酯乳液及其性能研究

Abstract: The title waterborne acrylate emulsion(PA)was prepared from N-carbamoylmaleamic(NCMA)butyl acrylate(BA)and acrylic acid(AA)at the presence of cumyl N-carbazolylcarbodithioare(,CCBD)as reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization(RAFT)agent. The molecular structure of PA was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. Effects of the amount of CCBD and APS,polymerization time were investigated by usingimpact strength as measurement indicator. The results showed that the optimal condition includes: the amount of CCBD and APS were 0.5% and 0.5% respectiverly,polymerization time was 4.0 h.The PA prepared under optimal condition provided excellent comprehensive properties.

摘要: 以 N-咔唑二硫代甲酸异丙苯酯( CCBD)为链转移剂,以 N-胺基甲酰马来酸( NCMA)、丙烯酸丁酯( BA)、丙烯酸( AA)为单体,通过可逆加成 -断裂链转移聚合( RAFT)制备了水性丙烯酸酯类乳液( PA),并对 PA的结构进行了表征。考察了 CCBD用量、过硫酸铵( APS)用量和反应时间等因素对耐冲击性的影响,并对最优条件下制备的 PA进行应用性能测试。结果表明:最优条件为反应时间 4.0 h、CCBD用量 0.5%(摩尔分数)、 APS用量为 5%(摩尔分数)。以最优反应条件制得的 PA具有优异的综合性能。
