摘要: 为了提高光固化丙烯酸酯涂层的防火性能,通过 KH570与水反应合成了超支化含硅树脂(HBPSi)将 HBPSi与丙烯酸羟乙酯-甲苯二异氰酸酯的半加成物(HEA-TDI)反应制备出有紫外光(UV)固化功能,的超支化阻燃预聚物(SMASi)再把 SMASi与金属化合物和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)进行复配,经 UV固化成涂层。利用傅立叶变换红外光,谱仪表征了产物的结构,通过紫外-可见分光光度计测试了涂层的透光率,并采用极限氧指数仪、热重分析仪、垂直燃烧仪及锥形量热仪对涂层的防火性能进行分析。结果表明:当在 ZnCl2/EA体系中添加适量的 SMASi,可提高涂层的透光率、残炭率及耐水性;当其添加量为 10%时,成炭率、极限氧指数、垂直燃烧级别及热释放速率均达最佳,分别为 50. 0%、48、V-0和 209 KW/m2,显著降低了涂层的热释放速率,有效改善了涂层的防火性能。制备出的涂层能满足透明膨胀防火涂层的使用要求,在木质文物、家具及古建筑等防火领域具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: In order to improve the fire retardant properties of light-cured acrylate coatings,hyperbranched silicon-containing resin(HBPSi)was synthesized by the condensation reaction of KH-570 with water,and hyperbranched fire retardant prepolymer(SMASi)with ultraviolet(UV)curing function was prepared by the reaction of HBPSi and the half adduct (HEA-TDI) from hydroxyethyl acrylate and toluene diisocyanate,then the coatings were prepared by UV curing method based on SMASi,ZnCl2 and EA as composite raw material. The structure of the product was detected and analysized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and visible light transmittance of the coatings were determined by UV-Visspectrophotometer,and its fire retardant and thermal stability property was characterized bylimiting oxygen index tester,thermogravimetry,vertical burning tester,cone calorimetry. The results showed that the light transmittance,char yield and water resistance of the coating could be improved,when SMASi was added to the ZnCl2/EA system. When the dosage of SMASi was 10%,the char yield,LOI,vertical burning level and heat release rate was the best respectively, which corresponded to 50. 0%,48,V-0 and 209 KW/m2. It could significantly reduce the heat release rate of the coating,and effectively improve its fire retardant properties. The coatingprepared in this experiment could meet the requirements of transparent intumescent fireretardant coating,and it had a good application prospect in the field of fire retardant of wooden cultural relics,furniture and ancient buildings.
