Research Progress on Preparation of Two-dimensional Insulating Nanomaterials and Anticorrosive Properties of Modified Organic Coating

摘要: 为有效延缓或防止金属腐蚀,向有机涂层中添加具有阻隔效应且疏水的二维纳米材料是当今有效提高涂层防腐性能的策略之一。重点介绍了二维纳米材料(氮化硼和云母纳米片)的剥离方法,二维纳米材料高疏水性、分散性的改性方法,以及详细地讨论了二维纳米材料在有机涂层中的防腐性能。最后对氮化硼、云母等绝缘纳米片基防腐涂料的未来发展进行了展望,并提出了工业应用中面临的挑战。

Abstract: In order to effectively delay or prevent metal corrosion,adding hydrophobictwo-dimensional nanomaterials with barrier effect is one of the strategies to effectively improvethe anticorrosion performance of coatings. In this paper,the peeling method for two-dimensional nanomaterials(boron nitride and mica nanosheets),the modification method with high hydrophobicity and dispersion were mainly introduced. The corrosion resistance of two-dimensional nanomaterials in organic coatings was also discussed in detail. Finally,the future development of boron nitride,mica and other insulating nanosheet-based anticorrosion coatings was prospected,and the challenges in industrial application were also proposed.
