摘要: 铝颜料因其优异的光学特性与易加工性,广泛应用于油墨、涂料领域,但在水性体系中应用时存在稳定性不佳的问题,采用包覆法对铝颜料进行改性可有效改善该问题。综述了近年铝颜料包覆改性的研究进展,分析了单层无机包覆、单层有机包覆、单层无机 /有机包覆、双层无机 /有机包覆等不同方法在保持金属光泽、提升铝颜料耐腐蚀性、改善相容性、提高着色稳定性等方面的差异,并指出水性铝颜料未来的发展趋势是不断优化生产工艺以降低成本和提高产品性能。

Abstract: Due to their exceptional optical properties and ease of processing,aluminum pigments were extensively utilized in the field of inks and coatings. However,it exhibited poor stability when incorporated into water-based systems,which could be effectively improved through the modification of aluminum pigments using a coating method. This paper provided a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the coating modification of aluminum pigments. The study analyzed the differences between different methods,including single-layer inorganic coating,single-layer organic coating,single-layer inorganic/organic coating,and double-layer inorganic/organic coating,in terms of maintaining the metal luster,enhancing corrosion resistance properties,improving compatibility,and stabilizing coloring. Furthermore,future development trends for water-based aluminum pigments were pointed out.
