2 双相不锈钢表面处理工艺对化学品船压载舱涂层防护性能的影响

Effect of stainless steel surface treatment technologies on coating protection performance in ballast tank of duplex stainless steel chemical tankers

摘要: 采用棕刚玉喷砂、铸钢钢砂喷砂以及铸钢钢砂喷砂后棕刚玉扫砂 3种喷砂工艺对 2205双相不锈钢表面进行处理,通过能谱法及极化曲线法表征处理后的 2205双相不锈钢表面状态差异,并采用模拟压载舱试验测试经过这 3种喷砂工艺处理后的化学品船液货舱双相不锈钢外壁防护涂层的防腐性能,对比分析 B级船体结构钢、2205双相不锈钢以及 B级船体结构钢与 2205双相不锈钢焊接 3种不同基材压载舱保护涂层腐蚀蔓延及阴极剥离结果。结果表明:3种喷砂工艺均会在双相不锈钢基材表面形成磨料残留;钢砂磨料残留使得双相不锈钢腐蚀电位负移,耐腐蚀性变差;在有阴极保护的情况下,采用钢砂喷砂处理的双相不锈钢表面残留的钢砂磨料因小阳极效应使涂层耐阴极剥离性能降低。在海水介质中,B级船体结构钢与双相不锈钢焊接容易因电偶腐蚀导致双相不锈钢表面防护涂层加速失效。

Abstract: The surface state difference of 2205 duplex stainless steel after brown corundum sandblasting,cast steel sandblasting,and cast steel sandblasting followed by brown corundum sand sweeping was characterized by scanning energy spectrum method and polarization curve method. The simulated ballast tank test was carried out to test the anticorrosive properties of the coating which was applied on the duplex stainless steel outerwall of the liquid tank of the chemical tanker after the three sandblasting processes. The corrosion creep and cathodic disbonding results of the protective coating on the ballast tank ofB-class marine steel,duplex stainless steel and welding of B-class marine steel and duplexstainless steel substrates were obtained. The results showed that abrasive residue could be formed on the surface of duplex stainless steel substrate by three sandblasting processes;The abrasive residue of steel sand made the corrosion potential of duplex stainless steel shiftnegatively,and the corrosion resistance deteriorates;In the case of cathodic protection,the steel sand abrasive residue on the surface of duplex stainless steel could reduce the cathodicdisbonding resistance of the coating due to small anode effect. In the seawater,the failure of protective coating which was applied on the duplex stainless steel welding by B-class marinesteel tended to accelerate due to the galvanic corrosion.
