摘要: 使用非食用花椒籽油(ZSO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、废弃PET瓶、邻苯二酸酐(PA)和水性单体2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),通过醇解、酯化、中和三步反应制备了一种绿色环保型水性醇酸树脂。探讨了油度、醇超量、酸值和PET解聚物对漆膜性能的影响,并采用FT-IR、TGA和粒径分析对水性醇酸树脂的结构以及热稳定性进行了测试表征。实验结果表明,油度为50%、醇超量为11.5%、10%的DMPA为亲水单体合成的醇酸树脂,使用9.3%的PET解聚产物对其进行改性使其耐水性、热稳定性和硬度得到提高,产品稳定性良好。

Abstract: Waterborne alkyd resins were synthesized from non-edible zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil(ZSO),trimethylolpropane(TMP),postconsumer PET bottles,phthalic anhydride(PA)and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA)via three stages including alcoholysis,polyesterification and neutralization reaction. The effects of oil length,the excess of alcohol and acid value on the properties of PET-modified alkyd resins were investigated. The structure and properties of the prepared polymer were characterized by FT-IR,QLS and TGA. Experimental results indicate that the alkyd resin prepared from DMPA as hydrophilic monomer with an oil length 50% and an excessive hydroxyl 11.5% and 10% followed by modification with PET glycolysis 9.3% exhibits good water resistance,hardness,thermal stability and environmental friendly performance.
