摘要：
通过对某水性涂料生产工艺清洁生产审核中环保管理工作进行梳理与摸底,汇总得到涂料生产企业清洁生产审核的环保关注点,包括:环境管理手续的履行、环保基本情况说明、产排污情况汇总、污染物达标分析、污染治理技术措施说明、涉及污染物的清洁生产目标设定、物料平衡中的污染物定量、方案效果测算中的污染减排等,可为企业后续环保管理工作的深入开展奠定基础。

Abstract:
In this article, the environmental management in cleaning production audit for a workshop of waterborne coatings has been specified to present some environmental protection issues that should be focused on: fulfillment of environmental management procedures, basic description of environmental protection, summary of production and discharge situation, pollutant standard analysis, description of technical measures for pollution control, cleaning production target setting on pollutants, quantitative determination from pollutants material balance, pollution reduction in the calculation of program effectiveness and so on. These issues are useful for further development of environmental protection management.
