水性苯丙防腐涂料清漆的研究与改进

Preparation and Improvement of Waterborne Styrene-Acrylate Anticorrosive Varnish

摘要:

采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,以苯乙烯为主要硬单体、丙烯酸丁酯为主要软单体,以功能单体为附着力及耐腐蚀性促进单体,以双丙酮丙烯酰胺为交联单体,制备了稳定性良好的苯丙聚合物乳液。所得聚合物乳液的固含量约为40%、乳胶粒子粒径约为130 nm,乳液通过3%氯化钙水溶液测试和2 500 r/min机械搅拌测试。确定了消泡剂种类及用量,所得漆膜无气泡,表面平滑无缩孔。选用合适的水性闪锈抑制剂,喷漆后无闪蚀,漆膜平整均匀。所得清漆漆膜耐水性14 d未起泡、30 d未生锈,耐盐水性15 d未生锈,耐碱性30 d未生锈、未起泡。

Abstract:

A stable styrene-acrylate emulsion was prepared by using styrene as primary hard monomer and butyl acrylate as primary seft monomer, functional monomers as adhesive and anticorrosion promoters and DAAM as cross-linking monomer. The prepared emulsion had a solid content of 40% and particle size of 130 nm. The emulsion stability was carried out by 3% calcium chloride solution test and 2 500 r/min mechanical agitation test. The appropriate anti-foaming agents were used to form a coating showing smooth appearance without cavities. The prepared varnish film showed no blister and rust after water resistance test for 14 days and 30 days respectively, no rust after saline water resistance for 15 days, and no rust and blister after alkaline resistance for 30 days.
