摘要:

以丙烯酸树脂为主体树脂,搭配相应的固化剂及催化剂等制备了适用于易拉罐底部涂装的涂料。讨论了防锈颜料、气相二氧化硅及硅溶胶等特殊粉体或助剂对涂料耐腐蚀性的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察涂层截面形貌;用EIS电化学测试等手段对不同配方涂层的耐腐蚀性进行了评价。结果表明:添加防锈颜料及气相二氧化硅均能有效提高涂层耐腐蚀性,而添加硅溶胶则没有明显效果。

Abstract:

A coating applicable to the bottom of steel pop can has been prepared by using acrylic resin as the main resin in addition to appropriate curing agent and catalyst, etc. The effects of antirust pigment, aerosol and silica sol on the anticorrosive performance of the coating are discussed. The anticorrosive performance of the coatings based on different formulation has been evaluated by SEM and EIS. The results indicate that the addition of antirust pigment and aerosol effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the coating while the addition of silica sol doesn’t make a sense.
