摘要: 以自制真石漆清除剂为研究对象,对其清除铝合金型材表面真石漆污渍的效能进行了研究。 介绍了清除剂的制作流程,SEM 表征了被喷洒清除剂后的真石漆形貌结构,阐述了清除剂清除真石漆的机理过程。 实验结果表明:清除剂喷洒在点喷了真石漆的粉末喷涂铝合金型材面板表面,1 min 即可使真石漆溶胀、链解、乳化、脱离基材,且对基材不造成损伤。

Abstract: The cleaning performance of a stone-like coating scavenger for the Al profile contaminated with sputtering blots of stone-like coating was studied. The preparation of the stone-like coating scavenger was briefly described. The morphology changes of the stone-like coating before and after the treatment of scavenger were investigated via SEM, and the cleaning mechanism of the scavenger was explored. Results showed that the scavenger exhibited no influence on aluminium alloy templates, and the stone-like coating can be easily erased after treated by scavenger which led to swelling, decomposition, emulsification of the stone-like coating and to peeling off from the substrate.
