含氟水性聚氨酯的制备及其性能研究

Synthesis and Properties of Fluorinated Waterborne Polyurethane

摘要: 采用八氟戊醇(F )改性水性聚氨酯,制备了含氟水性聚氨酯(FWPU),并且通过红外光谱对 FWPU 的结构进行了表征。 研究了 F 含量对 FWPU 乳液及其涂膜的影响。 研究表明,F 的加入,明显提高了涂膜的耐水性能。 当 F 含量为 8%时,涂膜的吸水率从未改性的 12.2%减少到 3.1%,接触角从 80°提高到 108°。 乳液粒径先增大后减少,当 F 含量为 4%时,乳液粒径最大,达到 157 nm。TGA 测试结果表明,改性后的 FWPU 涂膜热稳定性有所提高。

Abstract: A fluorinated waterbome polyurethane (FWPU) was prepared by modification of waterborne polyurethane using 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5-octafluoro-1-pentanol(F8), and the structure of the prepared WPU was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of F8 content on properties of FWPU and film thereof were investigated. The results showed that the addition of F8 improved dramatically the water resistance of the film. When the content of Fs was 8 wt%, the water absorption decreased from 12. 2% to 3. 1%, and the contact angle of FWPU film increased from 80 °to 108°. Particle size distribution analysis indicated that the particle size of FWPU emulsion first increased then decreased. When the content of F8 was 4 wt%, the particle size was 157 nm. TGA testing results showed that the thermal stability of the FWPU film was increased.
