油水混输管道用缓蚀剂的筛选与评价

Selection and Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitors Used in Oil and Water Mixture Pipelines

摘要: 针对某油田日益恶劣的腐蚀工况,利用高温高压釜和电化学工作站,通过动态模拟法和电化学测试法对 8 种油水混输管道用缓蚀剂进行了筛选和评价,研究了缓蚀剂在加注浓度为 50 mg / L时的缓蚀性能,对筛选出来的缓蚀率较高的 3 种缓蚀剂进行浓度优化,并探讨了缓蚀机理。 研究表明:在本实验条件下,6#、8#、2#3 种缓蚀剂均表现出了较好的缓蚀性能,满足腐蚀速率小于 0.076 mm/a的要求。 从经济方面考虑,加注浓度为 40 mg/L 能够满足要求。

Abstract: The inhibition performance of the eight corrosion inhibitors used in oil and water mixture pipelines was evaluated by means of dynamic simulation method and electrochemistry via the dynamic high-temperature autoclave and electrochemical workstation. Thus, tree well-performed corrosion inhibitors were selected and optimized in terms of their dosages, and the inhibition mechanism was also discussed. The results revealed that the 6#,8# and2# inhibitors showed better inhibition performance which were satisfied the corrosion rate less than 0.076 mm/a. Taking the economic efficiency into account, the preferable dosage of corrosion inhibitor was 40 mg/L.
