摘要: 制备了一种兼具光交联和抗菌特性的季铵化巯基二氧化硅杂化粒子,采用红外与拉曼光谱对其结构进行了表征。 将该杂化粒子添加到光固化涂料中,对涂膜的光固化过程、涂层基本性能及其抗菌性进行了研究。 结果表明:该杂化粒子的加入能够提高涂膜的双键转化率,并赋予涂层优良的抗菌性;涂层的铅笔硬度、耐划伤性以及热稳定性等均有不同程度的提高。

Abstract: In this paper, thiol-functionalized silica nanoparticles with photo-crosslinking and antibacterial properties were developed FT-IR and Raman were used to characterize the structure of hybrid nanoparticles. The functional silica nanoparticles were added to Uv-curable coating formulations. The photo-polymerization kinetics, antibacterial properties and basic coating properties of the coatings with different addition of nanoparticles were systematically in-vestigated. With a proper addition of nanoparticle in the coating formulations, the coatings ex-hibited the improved double bond conversion, excellent antibacterial activity and favorable me-chanical properties, including preferable pencil hardness, scratch resistance and thermal sta-bility.
