摘要: 以 40%(质量分数,下同)聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、35%环氧丙烯酸树脂、20%活性稀释剂、4%光引发剂、1%助剂为原料制备了一种具有良好抗菌效果的紫外光固化玻璃涂料。 其成膜固化速度快,具有较强的附着力,且耐酸、耐盐。 当加入 2%的抗菌剂后涂膜具有良好的抗菌能力,可以用作家庭及公共场所玻璃材料的抗菌表面处理。

Abstract: A UV-curable antibacteria glass coatings comprising polyurethane acrylic resin40%, epoxy acrylic resin 34%, diluents 20%, photoinitiator 4% and antimicrobial agent 2% has been prepared. The coatings can form a film showing fast-curing rate, good adhesion,high resistance to acid and salt. Meanwhile, antimicrobial agent 2% can allow the coatings to show excellent antibacterial property, suitable for glass used in private and public construc-tion.
